Product Disassembly Process
2.1 Listed below are the basic steps that should typically be followed to remove components and materials
requiring selective treatment:

Remove ‘switch button’ & all external plastics from ‘main housing’ of
headset (use long nose pliers)
Dispose of ‘plastics’ in accordance with local recycling laws

Remove ‘speaker assembly’ from ‘main housing’ of headset &
disassemble ‘speaker’ from plastic housing (use long nose pliers)
Dispose of ‘speaker’ & ‘plastics’ in accordance with local recycling
laws
Remove ‘PCB & Battery assembly’ from ‘main housing’ of headset
(use long nose pliers)
Dispose of ‘main housing’ plastics in accordance with local recycling
laws

Cut ‘battery’ leads and detach from ‘PCB’ (use cutter pliers)
Dispose of ‘battery’ & ‘PCB’ in accordance with local recycling laws
